The retention pond flooded the parking lot after every heavy rainfall until PDE completely rebuilt the eroded embankment, and laid new sod. Our engineer designed a new drainage system and our crew built the design that will prevent the retention pond from flooding into the parking lot.

Heavy erosion due to flooding almost caused the road in this picture to disappear. PDE came in and completely rebuilt the eroded embankment, laid new sod, and planted palm trees. We also constructed a new drainage system that will prevent any future flooding and erosion problems.
